Welcome to zcgame. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and zcgame ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://zcgame.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

zcgame is an English-language online gaming platform designed for adult users. Our primary audience includes players from Pakistan, including those located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and other cities across the country. All balances, stakes, and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the zcgame Platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an Account on zcgame, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. zcgame is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for verifying and complying with local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 in Pakistan.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of zcgame or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology suppliers.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person, household, device, or IP address is permitted.

When registering an Account, you must provide a valid email address, a secure password, and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.

zcgame strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional Account security. You must notify zcgame immediately via the official support channel if you become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your Account.

zcgame will never request your password by email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication. Do not share your Account credentials with any third party. zcgame accepts no liability for losses arising from Account access granted — voluntarily or otherwise — to third parties.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, transfer, or assign your Account or any credits held therein to any other person under any circumstances.

All deposits and withdrawals on zcgame are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of each transaction.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your Account are credited upon confirmation of receipt by zcgame's payment processing systems. Deposit processing times vary by payment method. zcgame does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. zcgame reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are typically between one and five business days, depending on the payment method selected.

Payment Method Context: References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah throughout this Platform are made for local context and familiarity only. These references do not constitute a claim of operational integration, partnership, endorsement, or affiliation with any such provider. Users should verify currently supported deposit and withdrawal methods within the cashier section of the Platform.

• zcgame will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts not registered in the User's name.
• Accounts with active self-exclusion or responsible gambling restrictions may have withdrawal requests reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• zcgame reserves the right to void winnings and withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering activity.

All bets placed on zcgame are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. General betting rules applicable across all markets are set out in this section. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately and form part of this Agreement.

• Bet Placement: A bet is confirmed and binding upon receipt of an on-screen confirmation from zcgame. Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except where an in-play cash-out option has been made available for that specific market.
• Odds: All odds are displayed in decimal format. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds at the time of confirmation are the final odds applicable to your bet.
• Void Bets: zcgame reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by system errors, data feed failures, obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors"), or where an event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined.
• Cricket Markets: PSL, ICC and bilateral Pakistan series markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Markets are void if a match is abandoned without a result, unless specific void provisions are stated in the market rules.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per account per day. These limits are displayed in the cashier and market-specific rules sections.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of zcgame. During technical interruptions to a live data feed, in-play markets may be suspended. Bets placed during or immediately before a suspension may be voided at zcgame's discretion.

zcgame may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement and must be read prior to accepting any promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on the promotion page for each offer.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published on each promotion's terms page. Live casino games and low-margin table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated promotional period will expire automatically and be removed from the Account without further notice.
• Abuse: zcgame employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or exploiting errors in promotional terms. Accounts found to be abusing bonus offers may have their bonuses voided and winnings forfeited.
• Withdrawal Order: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Real Money Balance is used for betting before Bonus Funds. Withdrawals are processed from Real Money Balance only; Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable unless the stated wagering requirement has been met.

Users of the zcgame Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform (whether using the same or different personal details).
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access markets, or interact with the Platform in an automated manner.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in games or odds pricing.
• Engaging in any form of match fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting with other users to manipulate outcomes or odds.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any portion of the Platform's software, systems, or security infrastructure.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order placed with zcgame or any other gambling operator.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions or to falsify your location.

zcgame reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach of the above prohibitions, and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Severe breaches may be reported to relevant authorities.

All Content on the zcgame Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, odds data, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of zcgame or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Content.

The zcgame name, logo, and all associated brand elements are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of zcgame's trademarks, including in connection with any other website, product, or service, is strictly prohibited.

The zcgame Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zcgame makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zcgame shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from the use or misuse of the Platform, including losses resulting from unauthorised Account access.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances outside zcgame's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, acts of God, or regulatory actions).
• Losses arising from reliance on information, odds, or data published on the Platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by zcgame's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

zcgame is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers a suite of tools designed to assist users in managing their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered users and can be activated directly from the Account dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum PKR loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once reached, further betting activity is automatically restricted for that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may set time-based session alerts. When a session reaches the specified duration, the user is notified and given the option to continue or end the session.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of 24 hours up to a permanent closure. During self-exclusion, access to betting features, promotions, and new deposits is suspended. zcgame will make reasonable efforts to ensure excluded users do not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period.

zcgame operates an adults-only platform. Users must be 18 years of age or older, or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register. Age verification documents may be requested at any time.

zcgame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from zcgame.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation to do so.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Provision of false or materially inaccurate information during registration or at any subsequent point.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining will be returned to the User via the original deposit method after deduction of any applicable fees and following completion of KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable and will be forfeited upon closure.

zcgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, zcgame will provide registered users with reasonable advance notice via email or on-platform notification before the amendments take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. We encourage users to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zcgame is incorporated and licensed.

Users acknowledge that online gambling laws vary significantly between jurisdictions. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their country or territory of residence, including — but not limited to — Pakistan and the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
